Passive Mentor (“we”, “us”) operates passivementor.com and the student learning portal. This demo policy is fully editable in the CMS.
We collect only what we need to run enrollment, deliver courses, and support learners. We do not sell your personal data.
1. Data we collect
Name, email, phone (WhatsApp), account details, payment references from our payment partner, course progress, and basic device / log data.
2. How we use data
To create accounts, process enrollment, deliver course access, send transactional emails, improve the product, and prevent fraud or abuse.
3. Sharing
We share data with service providers who help us operate (payment, email, hosting) under appropriate safeguards — not for unrelated marketing sales.
4. Your choices
Contact support@passivementor.com to update account details or ask about access/deletion requests where applicable under local law.
